Honors 201 Strengthfinder

In my Honors 201 class I completed the Clifton Strengths Finder inventory in order to determine my key leadership skills. The five personalized strength insights that described me were ideation, intellection, futuristic, connectedness and input. According to the book Strength Based Leadership by Tom Rath: Ideation describes my strength as looking for original thoughts in discussion. Intellection is described by the ability to derive intellectual thoughts to drive cerive concepts and ideas. Futuristic is described as a having the thought of planning ahead for the future. The other two of which are connectedness and input are described as engaging in a laborious task and deriving talent for desired knowledge. In fact, this value has guided me to implement this strength into action. This experience has helped me to understand and evaluate my strength on the leadership skills that I have. In fact, I was able to share the leadership theories that I got to my classmates as well as develop my other competency.from the fellow classmates.
